I moved to Canada from Colombia in my early twenties, with no local connections and no idea how I would

build a career here. It wasn’t easy, but with a lot of resilience (and trial and error), I managed to start from scratch

and build a successful career in finance, working with prestigious institutions like CDPQ and the Autorité

des marchés financiers.

A few years ago, I felt called to take a different path, so I became a performance coach, helping women

align their careers and lives in more meaningful and sustainable ways. I’m also a mother of two, so I know exactly

what it’s like to juggle everything!

I know from personal experience how hard it can be to start over in a new country—and how important it is to

surround yourself with the right people. That’s why I love what this platform is creating. It’s an opportunity

for immigrant professional women to open doors, connect, and support one another, building and strengthening

their local networks so that the journey becomes easier, faster, and more joyful.
